富山市とNEC、都市のスマート化に関する包括連携協定を締結
東京, 2020年02月19日 - (JCN Newswire) - 富山市(市長：森 雅志)と日本電気株式会社(本社：東京都港区、代表取締役 執行役員社長 兼CEO：新野 隆、以下 NEC)は、本日、「ICTによる都市のスマート化に関する包括連携協定」を締結しました。
本協定は、現在、富山市とNECが推進しているデータ利活用型スマートシティのさらなる高度化と、まちづくりに関わるSDGsの推進を進める中で市民福祉の向上と新たな社会価値の創造を目的に締結するものです。
連携協定を通じた取り組みは以下の通りです。
1. スマートシティの推進
街のさまざまなデータを利用した効果的、効率的な都市経営の加速
2. デジタルソリューション等を活用した地域課題の解決
IoT、ICTを活用した、地域課題の解決や改善
3. オープンデータの利活用の推進
地域課題の解決や改善に必要なデータのオープン化、データの標準化
4. 高度なデータ利活用が出来る地域の人材育成
地域内におけるデータ解析者の育成など
5. その他都市のスマート化を実現するための施策
地元企業、大学等とのコラボレーションによる課題解決、商品開発など
今後、富山市とNECは、本協定の連携協力事項に基づき、緊密に連携・協力しながら、社会課題の解決につながるICT関連施策を推進していきます。スマートシティの実現に向け構築された「富山市スマートシティ推進基盤」(注1)を有効活用し、少子高齢化の社会においても市民が豊かに暮らせるよう、Society 5.0(注2)の実現を目標に、ICTを活用した官民協働によるまちづくりの取り組みを加速していきます。
