富士通、浜松市役所様の支出業務にAIを活用し、有効性を検証

年間で最大約1,597時間を削減可能に

東京, 2020年02月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、静岡県浜松市（注1）様と共同で、年間約30万件におよぶ支出命令伝票を確認する市役所の支出業務における決裁・審査にAIを活用する実証実験を2019年6月から12月まで実施し、支出業務に関わる市役所業務全体で年間最大約1,597時間の業務時間削減が見込めることを確認しました。

本実証では、DeepLearningを用いて印鑑の印影を自動検出する株式会社富士通総研（注2 、以下富士通総研）の物体検出技術と、帳票内の情報を自動検出する株式会社PFU（注3 、以下 PFU）のAI- OCR技術を組み合わせ、伝票や請求書の確認項目および不備を審査部門の確認前にAIが検出し、その結果を活用し起案直後にシステム上で起案者や決裁者に通知します。これにより、起案部門決裁と会計課審査間での差し戻しの発生を防げるため、決裁および審査業務を効率化できます。

実証の結果を踏まえ、浜松市様は、検証環境にて試験運用を行い費用対効果を確認した上で導入を検討します。当社は、開発した技術を自治体向け内部情報システム「FUJITSU 自治体ソリューション IPKNOWLEDGE（アイピーナレッジ）」に組み込み、自治体職員の働き方改革やデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援します。
