Honda、フィリピンにおける四輪完成車生産の終了について

東京, 2020年02月24日 - (JCN Newswire) - Hondaのフィリピン現地法人であるホンダ・カーズ・フィリピン・インコーポレーテッド（本社：ラグナ州サンタローサ市、社長：高倉記行）は、現地時間2020年2月22日に以下を発表しましたので、その内容をご案内いたします。

＜ご参考＞

Hondaは、現在四輪完成車の生産と販売を行っているホンダ・カーズ・フィリピン・インコーポレーテッド（以下 HCPI）の四輪完成車の生産を、2020年3月をもって終了することを決定しました。

フィリピンのお客様のニーズにあった商品を適正な価格で提供するには、効率的な資源配分・投入が必要であり、アジア・大洋州地域における適正な生産体制を検討した結果、フィリピンでの四輪車生産を終了することとしました。

今後、HCPIは、アジア・大洋州地域を中心とするリソースを活用した供給により、フィリピンでの四輪車販売およびアフターセールス事業を継続します。

Hondaは、引き続き、フィリピンのお客様に対し魅力的な商品をお届けしていくとともに、フィリピンにおいて創業以来50年近くにわたり継続してきた地域社会への貢献に努めていきます。
