マツダ、組織改革と人事異動を発表

広島, 2020年03月09日 - (JCN Newswire) - マツダ株式会社は、2020年4月1日付で下記の通り組織改革と人事異動を行います。

1. 組織改革

（1）北米事業領域

＜目的＞
米国におけるトヨタ自動車株式会社との生産合弁会社「Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, U.S.A., Inc.」（MTMUS）の工場建設、生産準備および事業構造構築に向けたビジネス推進機能の米国移管にともない、プロジェクト体制を再編し効率化を図ります。

＜内容＞
米国生産準備室の業務をMazda North American Operations（MNAO）、MTMUSに移管、経営企画本部、本社工場等で支援業務を行う体制とし、米国生産準備室を廃止します。

（2）人事領域

＜目的＞
複雑化する課題に対応するとともに効率化を推進するため、領域内における戦略企画機能と制度運用機能の役割を明確にします。それにより、業務効率および社員サービスの向上を進め、人材活躍の最大化に向けた組織風土の改革および人事諸制度の再構築を図ります。

＜内容＞
組織を「人事室」から「人事本部」に移行します。
人事労政部、人材開発部、人事サービス部を新設します。
