三菱電機、電力変換器の高電力密度化を実現する部品高集積化技術を開発
パワーエレクトロニクス機器の小型化に貢献
東京, 2020年03月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、パワー半導体素子、コンデンサー、電流センサーなどの部品を同一基板へ内蔵する部品集積化技術を開発しました。これにより、世界最高※1電力密度136kW/Lの電力変換器（従来比※2約8倍）を実現し、パワーエレクトロニクス機器の小型化に貢献します。
開発の特長
部品高集積化技術により、世界最高電力密度136kW/Lの電力変換器を実現
- パワー半導体素子、コンデンサー、電流センサーを同一基板に内蔵し、各部品間の配線のインダクタンスを従来の10分の1以下に低減
- インダクタンス低減によりスイッチング時の電圧の振れを抑制し、SiC※3パワー半導体素子などの特長である高速スイッチングを実現
- 高速スイッチングによる高周波駆動により、リアクトル※4などの受動部品を小型化し、世界最高の電力密度136kW/Lの電力変換器（従来比※2約8倍）を実現
今後の展開
今後、制御回路なども基板に内蔵し、さらに高いレベルの集積化技術の開発を進めます。
