Honda、コンセプトモデル「CB-F コンセプト」をホームページで世界初公開

東京, 2020年03月27日 - (JCN Newswire) - Hondaは、「第36回大阪モーターサイクルショー2020」と「第47回東京モーターサイクルショー」に出展を予定していたコンセプトモデル「CB-F コンセプト」をホームページで世界初公開しました。

CB-F コンセプトは、昨年CB誕生60周年の節目を機に、改めてCBシリーズの歴史を振り返り、Hondaを代表するスポーツバイクであるCBの“守り抜くこと・変革すること”を徹底的に議論し、導き出した提案の一つです。

その60年の歴史の中でCBの盤石化に寄与し、北米などのレースシーンでも活躍した日本発のグローバルモデルとして、一時代を画した「CB750F」（輸出モデル：CB900F）に敬意を込め、デザインモチーフを踏襲しながら最新の技術で仕上げたチャレンジングなモデルです。

エンジンは、伸びやかな吹け上がりや、力強いトルクを持つ水冷・4ストローク・DOHC・4バルブ・直列4気筒998ccを搭載。フレームは、軽量な高張力鋼のモノバックボーンを採用。足回りには、市街地からワインディングまで路面追従性に優れ、上質な乗り心地を提供する倒立フォークをフロントに、アルミ製の軽量片持ちスイングアームのプロアームをリアに採用しています。

なお、このCB-F コンセプトをはじめ、「第36回大阪モーターサイクルショー2020」「第47回東京モーターサイクルショー」で展開を予定していたHondaブース及び全29台のさまざまなカテゴリーの二輪車を、3月27日（金）よりHondaのホームページにて、「Honda バーチャルモーターサイクルショー」として公開いたします。
