NEC、全国12の労働金庫に「預かり資産販売支援システム」を提供

東京, 2020年04月17日 - (JCN Newswire) - NECは、全国12の労働金庫(以下ろうきん)向けに業態標準システムとして「預かり資産販売支援システム」を提供していきます。すでに中央労働金庫では2018年3月より本システムが導入され(注1)、事務処理の効率化に加えて販売実績が大幅に増加するなど、導入効果が確認されています。NECは、2020年3月の北海道労働金庫を皮切りに、4月より順次本システムを展開し、投資信託や債券、保険商品等の預かり資産商品の販売業務におけるコンプライアンス強化や事務効率化・提案力強化を支援します。

低金利が続き、預かり資産への関心が高まる中、金融機関には商品の提案・販売に際しての各種法令への対応はもちろんのこと、お客様の要望に応じた商品提案力の強化が求められており、NECでは、金融機関職員の業務をサポートする「預かり資産販売支援システム」を提供しています。このシステムは、商品の提案・販売に際しての法制度への確実な対応、帳票の自動作成や電子サイン、ペーパーレス対応等の事務処理の効率化、個々のお客様のニーズやリスク許容度を踏まえた商品提案力の強化といった特長を有しています。
