東京, 2020年05月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - ソニーは、19日付の「ソニーグループの経営機構改革について」で発表したとおり、2021年4月の「ソニーグループ株式会社」発足に向けて、グループ経営に適した役員体制の構築を実施します。

本体制を見据え、2020年6月1日付で、ソニー株式会社の役員体制の一部変更を行います。事業経営責任者と専門機能責任者の職位を分類し、主要事業の最高経営責任者の職位を「上席事業役員」とします。また、執行役について、ステークホルダーに対する責任を明確にするため、職位設定を見直します。
