富士通、ストレスチェックシステム「e診断」の無償提供を開始

急速なテレワーク拡大に伴う、在宅勤務者のメンタルヘルス対策を支援

東京, 2020年05月22日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策に伴う、テレワーク活用の急速な拡大を背景に、在宅勤務者を多く抱える企業の従業員や自治体などの団体における職員のメンタルヘルス対策を支援するため、ストレスチェックシステム「FUJITSU ヘルスケアソリューション組織ストレスアセスメント e診断＠心の健康（以下、「e診断」）」を5月22日から無償提供します。

「e診断」は、厚生労働省が指針を定める「職業性ストレス簡易調査票」（注1）と「仕事のストレス判定図」（注2）をベースとするストレスチェックをもとに、従業員へのアンケート実施から、回答結果の収集、診断、分析までをトータルに行えるクラウド型のストレスチェックサービスです。ストレスチェックツールとしてトップシェア（注3）を持つ「e診断」は、2001年の提供開始以降、継続的な機能強化を重ね、現在累計約950社217万IDの発行実績があります。

本サービスにより、従業員自身の気づきにより、ストレス軽減に向けたセルフケアを促すとともに、産業保健スタッフによる従業員一人ひとりのストレス状態に応じたアドバイスやケアを強化できます。また、拠点や組織単位で健康リスク状態を可視化し把握できるため、テレワーク活用の推進に重要となる企業の従業員や団体の職員のメンタルヘルス対策において、課題分析から施策立案、運用まで強力に支援します。
