TOYOTA、新型車RAV4 PHVを発売

RAV4ならではの走る楽しさをさらに追求

豊田, 2020年06月08日 - (JCN Newswire) - TOYOTAは、RAV4のプラグインハイブリッドモデルとして、新型車RAV4 PHVを、6月8日より全国のトヨタ車両販売店を通じて発売しました。

RAV4は、1994年に初代モデルを発売して以来、クロスオーバーSUVのパイオニアとして新たな市場を切り拓き、先導し続けてきました。2019年4月には5代目＊5RAV4を発売。ダイナミックトルクベクタリングAWDをはじめ3種類の4WDシステムが示す優れた走行性能、SUVらしい力強さと洗練さを融合したデザイン、そして、あらゆるシーンに応える、広いラゲージスペースと便利な気配り空間などが、多くのお客様に好評いただいています。

新型車RAV4 PHVは、RAV4が目指した「Fun to Drive」をさらに突き抜けるべく、新開発のプラグインハイブリッドシステム「THS II Plug-in」を採用し、開発を進めてきました。RAV4のハイブリッドシステムよりもフロントモーターとインバーターを高出力化し、大容量・高出力の新型リチウムイオンバッテリーと組み合わせることで、システム最高出力225kWを達成、スポーティで力強い走行を可能としました。また、EVモードでの「走りの楽しさ」を長く堪能いただけるように、クラス＊6トップレベルのEV走行距離95kmを実現。優れた環境性能も両立させています。
