東京, 2020年06月23日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社の連結子会社である日立化成株式会社は、2020 年６月 23 日に開催した同社定時株主総会において、商号を変更することを決議しましたのでお知らせいたします。

１．変更の理由

2020 年６月 23 日開催の同社定時株主総会において、商号を変更することを決議したため。新商号は、日立化成株式会社が当社グループの連結子会社として新たなスタートを切り、同社が有する、素材特性を生かした材料設計や機能評価・モジュール部品化を含むプロセス技術に至る機能設計力と、当社グループの幅広い素材技術を融合していくことで、お客さまや社会に最適なソリューションを提案していきたいという想いから「昭和電工マテリアルズ株式会社」といたしました。

商号: 日立化成株式会社
本店の所在地: 東京都千代田区丸の内一丁目９番２号
代表者の役職及び氏名: 代表取締役丸山寿
事業内容: 機能材料及び先端部品・システムの製造・加工及び販売
