トヨタ自動車、役員体制の変更および幹部職の担当変更、人事異動について

豊田, 2020年06月30日 - (JCN Newswire) - トヨタ自動車(株)（以下、トヨタ）は、2020年7月1日付の役員体制の変更について発表しました。

変更のポイント

構造改革を推し進めるべく、執行役員の役割をさらに明確化
- トップと密に連携しチーフオフィサーとして会社全体を俯瞰し経営を担う役割→「執行役員」
- プレジデント・地域CEO・本部長は、実行部隊のトップとして、現場で即断即決即実行を進める役割→「幹部職」に一本化

今回の変更は、これまで進めてきた「適材適所」の考えに基づく様々な改革をより一層推し進めるものです。機能を超え、社長と会社全体を見据えて経営を進めるメンバーを「執行役員」と再定義し、社長と密に連携を取り、実行部隊との連動や人材育成に取り組んでいきます。また、プレジデント・地域CEO・本部長は、現場で実行部隊をリードする役割として、権限を移譲するとともに、「幹部職」に一本化します。

執行役員、幹部職は、その時々の役割であり、課題や進むべき道に応じてメンバーを変更していき、これまで以上に「適材適所」の柔軟な配置を可能とします。

なお、同日付の執行役員、幹部職の担当変更、人事異動も発表しました。
