NEC、済生会中央病院・済生会熊本病院とともに次世代のオンライン診療実現に向けて共創開始
遠隔から患者と医療機関をサポートする新たな病院情報システムの実証スタート
東京, 2020年07月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - NECは社会福祉法人恩賜財団済生会 東京都済生会中央病院(所在地:東京都港区、院長:海老原 全、以下、済生会中央病院)や社会福祉法人恩賜財団済生会 済生会熊本病院(所在地:熊本県熊本市、院長:中尾 浩一、以下 済生会熊本病院)とともに、次世代のオンライン診療実現に向け共創を開始し、以下の実証を2020年7月から順次開始します。
済生会中央病院では、主に外来診療での再診患者のうち、退院後の経過観察や、定期モニタリングが必要な患者を対象に、ビデオ通話システムによる診察と病院情報システムMegaOakシリーズの既設電子カルテを連動して通常の診療情報とオンライン診療情報を一元管理し、また、診療行為・会計・処方せん発行までをオンライン上で一貫して提供するための運用方法の検証を行います。
済生会熊本病院では、地域中核病院として関係医療機関と連携し、入院準備から転院・退院までのカンファレンス(患者の状態や治療方針の引継ぎ)、さらにアフターフォローまでを、電子カルテとビデオ通話システムとの連携によりオンラインで実施する検証を行います。
これらの実証により、地域の医療を支える急性期病院である済生会中央病院と済生会熊本病院が、地域・患者・職員の安全を確保し、必要な医療サービスを持続的に提供できるNewNormalな仕組みの実現を目指します。
