富士通、機能強化した「VPS」シリーズで、生産準備業務のDXを実現

ニューノーマルにおいて、お客様の事業継続を支援

東京, 2020年08月05日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、デジタルプロセス株式会社（本社：神奈川県厚木市、代表取締役社長：柳沼浩嗣）が開発した、製造業における生産準備業務のデジタル化支援ツール「FUJITSU Manufacturing Industry Solution COLMINA デジタル生産準備 VPS（以下、VPS：ブイピーエス）」シリーズの新バージョンを、8月5日から販売開始します。

本バージョンでは、製品の生産準備工程において、製品の組み立てで使用する部品や作業手順、場所、設備や治工具、製造ノウハウといったデータ（以下、工程情報）を紐付けて蓄積・管理するBill of Process（以下、BOP）の作成機能を強化しました。これにより、製品の組み立てに関する有益なデータを活用した高品質かつ効率的な生産を実現し、お客様製品の迅速な市場投入およびお客様の市場競争力強化を支援します。

当社は、「VPS」を通じて製造業における生産準備工程のデジタル化を促進していくことで、お客様業務のさらなるDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）や、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大および防止策などから生じたニューノーマル（新常態）におけるお客様の事業継続を支援していきます。
