三菱重工、女性活躍推進企業を評価する「えるぼし」認定で "三つ星"を獲得

全5項目の審査基準を満たして3段階の最高評価に

東京, 2020年08月06日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱重工業は、2020年7月22日、「女性の職業生活に関する法律」（女性活躍推進法）に基づき、女性活躍推進に一定基準で優良な貢献をしている企業を厚生労働大臣が認定する「えるぼし」認定で、 "三つ星"を獲得しました。女性が能力を発揮しやすい職場環境の要素全項目で審査基準を満たしているとの認定を得たものです。

当社は、グローバル展開をさらに加速し、高収益企業へ飛躍するため、多様性を追求するダイバーシティ・マネジメントの一環として、女性活躍を推進してきました。2005年から、育児休業・勤務制度や不妊治療（チャイルド・プラン）休業、再雇用（キャリア・リターン）制度、各種支援金制度など、法定を上回る制度や独自制度の拡充に努めてきました。さらに、2014年度には女性管理職者数を2020年までに当時比で3倍に引き上げる目標を設定。女性社員数の拡大、育児・介護中のキャリア支援、女性役職者の計画的育成、女性活躍に向けた風土醸成などのキャリアアップ施策に力を注いできました。今回の三つ星獲得は、こうした取り組みが土台となった成果といえます。
