トヨタ、「トヨタ中古車オンラインストア」を開始

豊田, 2020年09月08日 - (JCN Newswire) - トヨタ自動車(株)（以下、トヨタ）は、9月8日より中古車をオンラインで注文できるサービス「トヨタ中古車オンラインストア」を開始いたしました。トヨタ販売店が取り扱う一部の中古車を、見積りから契約までオンラインで完結できるサービスです。来店の手間なく、24時間365日いつでも注文可能で、お客様の利便性向上を目的としています。

近年、様々な商品・サービスのE-コマース化が進み、お客様のライフスタイルが変化している中、クルマについても、「忙しい日中にお店へ行くことなく、好きなタイミングで購入したい」などのご要望が高まっています。一方、昨今のコロナウイルス感染拡大以降、「対面の商談なしでクルマを購入できないか」との声も多く寄せられるようになりました。トヨタはこうしたお客様のニーズや思いに寄り添い、「クルマの買い方」に関する困りごとを解決すべく、販売店と一体となって国内メーカーとしていち早く本サービスを開始することにいたしました。

将来的には、トヨタの新車についても、オンライン上でお求めいただけるサービスを開発し、お客様のより豊かなカーライフの実現に取り組んで参ります。
