順天堂大学練馬病院、富士通の「らくらく会計」で患者の会計待ち時間を削減

スマートフォンによる会計で、院内混雑を緩和し患者の利便性を向上

東京, 2020年09月09日 - (JCN Newswire) - 順天堂大学医学部附属練馬病院（注1、以下順天堂大学練馬病院）は、患者の診察後の会計待ち時間の削減と、会計窓口の混雑解消に向けて、このたび富士通株式会社（注2、以下富士通）が開発した患者の窓口会計を不要にする「FUJITSU ヘルスケアソリューション HOPE LifeMark-コンシェルジュらくらく会計」（以下、「らくらく会計」）を先行導入し、8月より本格運用を開始しました。

順天堂大学練馬病院は、2017年に「FUJITSU ヘルスケアソリューション HOPE LifeMark-コンシェルジュ」（以下、「HOPE LifeMark-コンシェルジュ」）を導入し外来運用を行っており、患者がスマートフォン上で外来受付や診察待ち状況の確認、次回予約の確認などを行っています。このたび、さらに「らくらく会計」を導入し、「HOPE LifeMark-コンシェルジュ」および医事会計システム「FUJITSU ヘルスケアソリューション HOPE X-W」と連携させることで、診察予約日時の確認から後払い会計までをスマートフォン上で実現します。「らくらく会計」は、アプリ上で患者のクレジットカード情報を事前に登録し、簡単な操作により後日自動で診察料が引き落とされます。これにより、外来受診から会計まで一連の流れを患者のスマートフォン上で管理し、診察待ち時間の削減や会計業務の効率化を実現します。
