富士通、自治体向け次期住民情報ソリューションの開発に着手

国の標準仕様に完全準拠し、2021年度中の提供を目指す
行政手続きのオンライン化など自治体行政のデジタル化と住民サービス向上を強力に支援

東京, 2020年10月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、総務省が2020年9月11日に公開した住民記録システムの標準仕様に完全に準拠する次期住民情報ソリューションについて、2021年度中に大都市向けから順次提供することを目指し、このほど開発に着手します。

開発予定のソリューションは、住民記録システムの標準仕様に完全準拠するとともに他システムとのシームレスな連携を可能にすることで、住民の利便性向上や職員の作業負荷軽減を実現し、オンプレミス、クラウドのいずれの形態でも導入可能な製品・サービスです。

また、2020年度末に提供予定の、住民がスマートフォンなどから各種申請・届出を行える「FUJITSU 自治体ソリューション MICJET スマート窓口（以下「MICJET スマート窓口」）」と本ソリューションを連携させることで、住民の異動手続きに関する職員の事務処理のうち、約8割の作業を自動化できる見込みです。

当社は、これらのソリューションにより全国の自治体のお客様を面で支え、AIなどを活用した自治体行政のデジタル化を強力に支援していきます。なお、その他の基幹系業務ソリューションについても、今後、国からシステムの標準仕様が公開され次第、順次開発に着手する予定です。
