富士通、ファナック、NTT Com、製造業のDXを実現するクラウドサービスを提供する新会社「株式会社DUCNET」を設立

東京, 2020年10月07日 - (JCN Newswire) - 富士通株式会社（注1）（以下、富士通）、ファナック株式会社（注2）（以下、ファナック）、NTTコミュニケ―ションズ株式会社（注3）（以下、NTT Com）の3社は、工作機械業界をはじめとした製造業のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（以下、DX）を支援する場をクラウドサービスとして提供する新会社「株式会社DUCNET（ディーユーシーネット）」を2020年11月に設立します。

インダストリー4.0やSociety5.0といった潮流に加え、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大によって不確実性が増大する状況において、製造業各社はグローバルでの競争力やレジリエンスの強化が急務となっており、デジタル技術を活用した社内業務効率化や、新たな価値の創出・顧客サービスの向上、モノからコトへの展開の実現が求められています。

これに向け、3社は製造業のDXを実現するサービスプラットフォーム「デジタルユーティリティクラウド」構想を2019年9月に発表し、共同事業体としての事業運営開始に向けた準備をしてきました。

「株式会社DUCNET」は2020年11月に事業を開始し、2021年4月からクラウドサービスの提供を開始する予定です。今後、「株式会社DUCNET」は「デジタルユーティリティクラウド」を利用する各企業のさらなるものづくり力の強化に貢献すること、並びに機械メーカーや機械ユーザー、商社、ITベンダーなどの参加各社が、サービス提供者でありサービス利用者になれるエコシステムを実現することを目指します。
