三菱重工、医療機関向け 陰圧クリーンエアシェルター「Me-CAS」の採用が決定
東京都の平成立石病院ならびに花と森の東京病院で
東京, 2020年10月22日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱重工業は、医療機関向けクリーンエアシェルター「Me-CAS」（注）について、このほど東京都にある平成立石病院（葛飾区、大澤 秀一院長）ならびに花と森の東京病院（北区、小平 祐造院長）から採用を決定していただきました。（平成立石病院は9月25日に、花と森の東京病院では9月29日にそれぞれ採用決定）
本製品は三菱重工グループの原子力関連技術などをベースとして開発。新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大を受けて、今夏から販売を開始したものです。内部を大気圧より約3Pa低い状態に保ち医療用フィルターを備えた排気装置の作用により、シェルター内部からのウィルス等の流出を防止する機能を持つ軽量で展張設置が迅速に行える可搬式の簡易施設で、新型コロナウィルスの感染対策等に貢献できると考え、各医療機関や自治体等への提案を進めてきたものです。
医療・福祉関連施設における感染拡大リスクの抑制や軽度感染患者の隔離療養場所確保などが、医療危機を緩和するうえで重要な課題となっている事態を踏まえ、三菱重工グループでは、本製品を引き続き医療機関や関連自治体等へ提案してまいります。
