富士通、電子カルテシステムと連携した「オンライン診療ソリューション」を順次販売開始

診療所から大規模病院まで、オンライン診療の予約、診療、会計を電子カルテシステムから実現

東京, 2020年11月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、新型コロナウイルス感染症などに伴う院内の感染防止対策や医師の働き方改革を支援するため、診療所から大規模病院まで当社の全ての電子カルテシステムと連携した「FUJITSU ヘルスケアソリューションオンライン診療ソリューション（以下、オンライン診療ソリューション）」の販売を2020年11月25日より順次開始します。

「オンライン診療ソリューション」は、患者がスマホアプリで診療予約から会計までを行える2016年から提供中の「FUJITSU ヘルスケアソリューション HOPE LifeMark-コンシェルジュ」（以下、「HOPE LifeMark-コンシェルジュ」）とセキュアに連携し、スマホアプリで通知されたオンライン診療で利用するビデオ通話システムのURLに患者がアクセスすることで安心・安全なオンライン診療を実現します。患者はオンライン診療だけでなく、診療予約から会計にわたり全てを簡単にスマホアプリで完結できます。

当社は、「オンライン診療ソリューション」の機能を順次強化し、2020年度中に、当社電子カルテシステム（注1）上からのビデオ通話システムの起動や、受付患者一覧でのオンライン診療の患者管理、院外薬局や患者宅への処方箋送付の機能などを提供予定です。当社は今後も、ニューノーマルに対応した「オンライン診療ソリューション」の提供を通じて、患者が安心・安全、かつ便利にオンライン診療を受診できる環境を提供し、医療機関を強力に支援していきます。
