スパークス・グループによる「日本モノづくり未来ファンド」の設立について

日本のモノづくりの発展に向けた投資

豊田, 2020年12月07日 - (JCN Newswire) - スパークス・グループ株式会社（社長：阿部修平、以下、スパークス）は、トヨタ自動車株式会社（社長：豊田章男、以下、トヨタ）、株式会社三井住友銀行（頭取CEO ：髙島誠、以下、三井住友銀行）、株式会社三菱UFJ銀行（取締役頭取執行役員：三毛兼承、以下、三菱UFJ銀行）、株式会社みずほ銀行（頭取：藤原弘治、以下、みずほ銀行）と本年11月に合意した覚書に基づき、「日本モノづくり未来ファンド」を設立いたしました。

本ファンドは、日本における高い技術・技能を維持し、モノづくりの力を今後も発展させていくために、優れた技術・人財・サービスを有する国内のモノづくり企業に投資し、TPS（トヨタ生産方式）や経営戦略の策定等により支援します。企業の持続的な成長を通じて、日本のモノづくりの発展に寄与することで、社会に貢献いたします。

本ファンドは、スパークスがファンド運営者（GP）となり、各出資者（LP）からの出資を受けて123億円の出資により12月より運用を開始いたします。また、2021年10月末までを目途に、ファンドの趣旨にご賛同いただける投資家の方々からの追加出資を募り、最終的には総額200億円規模のファンドを目指します。
