１台の3Dセンサにより効率的に積載容積率を可視化

東京, 2021年01月13日 - (JCN Newswire) - NEC通信システムは、3Dセンサを活用しトラック等の荷物の積載容積率を可視化する技術を開発しました。１台の3Dセンサで効率的にコンテナ内の積載容積率を可視化することができ、コンテナ内部のような暗部でも高精度な可視化を実現します。2021年度中に本製品の製品化を目指します。

人口減少社会に突入する中、物流業界は他の業界に比べ人手不足が特に深刻化しています。さらにデジタル化の加速に伴いEC市場が拡大し、宅配便を中心に輸送量が急増しており、物流業界ではICTを活用した業務の効率化が喫緊の課題となっています。

そこで、NEC通信システムでは、3Dセンサを活用した空間認識技術により、積載容積率を可視化する技術を開発しました。トラック等のコンテナ内の積載容積率を可視化することで、一台ごとの積載率を高め輸送効率の改善に貢献します。
