三菱電機、「マレーシアFAセンター」開設のお知らせ

マレーシアにおけるFA製品のサービス体制を強化

東京, 2021年02月15日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、マレーシアの販売会社であるMitsubishi Electric Sales Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.（三菱電機セールス・マレーシア）内に、「マレーシアFA センター」を開設し、FA製品のサービス業務を3月1日に開始します。これにより、マレーシアにおけるFA製品のサービス体制を強化し、マレーシアでのFAシステム事業の拡大を図ります。

開設の狙い

マレーシアには、日系企業が多数進出するなど、電気・電子、自動車、食料・飲料等の広範な業種で、FA製品の幅広いサービスに対する要望が高まっています。

当社はこれまで、マレーシアのFA製品のサービスは、シンガポールにあるアセアンFAセンターが主に担ってきましたが、市場ニーズにより迅速かつ柔軟に対応するために、今回、「マレーシアFAセンター」を開設します。これにより、FA製品に関するトレーニング、技術相談、システム提案および修理をタイムリーに提供することで、顧客満足度の向上およびFAシステム事業の拡大を図ります。
