NEC、投資有価証券売却益の計上に関するお知らせ

東京, 2021年02月17日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、保有する投資有価証券の一部を売却することにより、下記のとおり2021年3月期の個別決算において投資有価証券売却益が発生する見込みとなりましたので、お知らせいたします。

1.投資有価証券売却の理由
政策保有株式の見直しによる資産効率の向上を図るため。

2.投資有価証券売却に関する契約締結日および譲渡実施日
1) 契約締結日：2021年2月16日
2) 譲渡実施日：2021年2月19日(予定)

3.投資有価証券売却の内容
1) 売却株式：華虹半導体有限公司普通株式(香港証券取引所上場)
2) 投資有価証券売却益(個別)：約581億円(見込み) ※1香港ドル=13.5円で換算

4.今後の見通し
上記の投資有価証券売却益は、2021年3月期の個別業績において特別利益として計上する見込みです。なお、当社は連結決算についてIFRS（国際財務報告基準）に準拠しており、当該株式をIFRS第9号「金融商品」に規定される「その他の包括利益を通じて公正価値で測定する資本性金融商品」と区分しているため、連結当期利益への影響はありません。
