富士通、採用計画を決定

東京, 2021年03月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社はこのたび、2022年度の新卒採用計画および2021年度のキャリア採用計画を以下の通り決定しました。

2022年度の新卒採用計画については、短期的な景気変動に左右されることなく、毎年一定数を安定的に採用するこれまでの方針を継続し、前年同様750名とします。採用にあたっては、個々人のキャリア志向を尊重し、職種をベースにした採用の拡充および、2019年度より開始している、大学・大学院の最終学年の学生および既卒者を対象に年間を通じて応募を受け付ける通年採用を実施します。

2021年度のキャリア採用については、ダイバーシティ&インクルージョン推進、新しいビジネス領域拡大の加速、事業戦略や変革をスピーディに実現する多様な人材の採用を強化するため、計画数を定めず拡充していきます。

当社は、新卒採用やキャリア採用を通じて人材のさらなる強化を図り、DX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）を加速させていくことで、「イノベーションによって社会に信頼をもたらし、世界をより持続可能にしていく」というパーパスの実現に向けて、お客様や社会の様々な課題解決に貢献することを目指します。

なお、当社は日本政府からの「2021年度卒業・修了予定者等の就職・採用活動に関する要請」に準拠し、公正な採用活動を実施します。
