淘屏(TAOP.US)再次完成增发 蓄势区块链业务宏图初展
香港, Mar 02, 2021 - (ACN Newswire) - 3月2日，淘屏(TAOP.US)宣布，公司已与两名机构投资者Economic Capital Company Limited和United Harvest Industries Limited签订了证券购买协议，发行50万股普通股，价格为6.7美元/股，总计约335万美元。据了解，这是公司进入2021年的第三次增资动作，本次定增价格较前两次的价格即2.7美元/股和4.08美元/股分别高出逾148%和64%。
管理层表示，定增价格的大幅度提升是投资者对公司业务转型及管理层的高度认可的结果，夯实了公司在区块链技术研发及数字货币业务发展的资本及信心。
据悉，公司近期宣布与Great Bay签订区块链部署咨询协议，重点为公司未来区块链发展提供专业的资讯服务。
