淘屏(TAOP.US)再次完成增發 蓄勢區塊鏈業務宏圖初展
香港, Mar 02, 2021 - (ACN Newswire) - 3月2日，淘屏(TAOP.US)宣佈，公司已與兩名機構投資者Economic Capital Company Limited和United Harvest Industries Limited簽訂了證券購買協議，發行50萬股普通股，價格為6.7美元/股，總計約335萬美元。據瞭解，這是公司進入2021年的第三次增資動作，本次定增價格較前兩次的價格即2.7美元/股和4.08美元/股份別高出逾148%和64%。
管理層表示，定增價格的大幅度提升是投資者對公司業務轉型及管理層的高度認可的結果，夯實了公司在區塊鏈技術研發及數位貨幣業務發展的資本及信心。
據悉，公司近期宣佈與Great Bay簽訂區塊鏈部署諮詢協定，重點為公司未來區塊鏈發展提供專業的資訊服務。
