富士通、洪水時の河川水位を予測する「AI水管理予測システム」を販売開始

過去の雨量や水位のデータが少量でもリアルタイムに予測を実現

東京, 2021年03月04日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、過去の雨量や水位データと気象関連機関が配信する数時間先の気象データ（降雨予測）から、洪水時の河川水位を予測するシステム「FUJITSU Public Sector Solution Social Century Resilience AI水管理予測システム powered by Zinrai」（以下、「AI水管理予測システム」）」を開発し、2021年3月4日より販売開始します。

本システムは、雨量や水位などの過去の観測データを機械学習させた水位予測モデル（数理モデル）により、河川測量が実施されていない地点や、水位計などの観測設備が近年整備され水位データが少ない中小規模の河川についても、リアルタイムで水位予測を可能にしました。また、河川改修や洪水などに伴う環境変化に対しても、変化後の雨量や水位の少量のデータを用いて再学習させることで、水位予測モデルを短期間で最適化することができます。

本システムにより、自治体では、迅速かつ的確に現場出動や避難勧告発令の意思決定が可能になるほか、企業では自社の水防活動など、水害における防災や減災に向けた取り組みを大幅に強化することができます。
