富士通など8社、個人と企業が互いの成長に貢献し合う関係性の社会実装を目指す「キャリアオーナーシップとはたらく未来コンソーシアム」を発足

キャリアオーナーシップ人材を活用し、企業の中長期的な成長を生み出していく企業８社による異業種横断プロジェクトが始動

東京, 2021年04月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - キリンホールディングス株式会社、KDDI株式会社、コクヨ株式会社、富士通株式会社、パーソルキャリア株式会社、三井情報株式会社、ヤフー株式会社、株式会社LIFULLの8社は、「キャリアオーナーシップとはたらく未来コンソーシアム」を、2021年4月20日（火曜日）に発足しました。

本コンソーシアムでは、「個人の主体的なキャリア形成が、企業の持続的な成長につながる」という考えの下、業種や業界を越えて「はたらく個人と企業の新しい関係」を模索する企業が集まり、「キャリアオーナーシップ人材を活用し、企業の中長期的な成長を生み出していくには、どうしていくべきか？」という問いについて、議論・実践・検証を行い、各社内および社会に対して提言をしていきます。

コンソーシアムの顧問・ファシリテーターに田中研之輔法政大学キャリアデザイン学部・大学院教授が就任。8社が発足メンバー企業として参画し、企業と個人の成長を両立させるための議論や提言、参画企業間の副業による人材の越境体験といった個人の主体的なキャリア形成をサポートする実践・検証を行います。
