クオンタムソリューションズ：当社グループ資本提携先の香港IPO申請のお知らせ

東京, 2021年08月30日 - (JCN Newswire) - 2020年８月７日付「資本提携及び第２回無担保転換社債型新株予約権付社債の資金使途の変更に関するお知らせ」のなかで、当社グループは、商湯科技開発有限公司（SenseTime Group Inc.以下「STG」という。）の関連する企業グループと資本提携することを開示し、出資いたしましたが、STGが2021年８月27日付で、香港証券取引所に新規株式公開計画（以下「本IPO」という。）を申請いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。尚、本IPOの進捗状況等に関しては、状況に応じて、別途ご報告申し上げます。
