NEC、警視庁向けに運転免許更新時における高齢者の認知機能検査をインターネットで予約受付するシステムを構築

利便性向上とともに職員の業務効率化に貢献

東京, 2022年01月04日 - (JCN Newswire) - NECは、警視庁向けに、75歳以上の高齢者が運転免許更新時に受ける認知機能検査(注1)において、従来の電話予約に加えスマートフォンやパソコンからインターネットで24時間予約を受付するシステムを構築しました。本システムは、都内の運転免許試験場等5箇所にて実施する認知機能検査を対象に本日から予約受付を開始します。

運転免許証の更新期間が満了する日の年齢が75歳以上の高齢者に対して行う認知機能検査について、これまで年間約11万件の予約受付を電話で行っていました。予約受付の時間が限られ、また予約受付を担うコールセンター職員の業務にも大きな負荷となる中、いつでも簡単に予約ができる環境が求められていました。

本システムの構築により、検査対象の高齢者やその家族がインターネットで予約ができるため利便性向上に寄与するだけでなく、コールセンター職員の業務効率化に貢献します。
