東風Honda 電気自動車専用工場を建設
東京, 2022年01月06日 - (JCN Newswire) - Hondaの中国現地法人である本田技研工業（中国）投資有限公司（本社：北京 総経理 井上勝史）は、2022年1月5日現地時間20時00分（日本時間：21時00分）に以下を発表しましたので、その内容をご案内いたします
Hondaの中国における四輪車生産販売合弁会社である東風本田汽車有限公司（以下、東風Honda）は、今後投入を拡大する電気自動車（EV）の生産体制構築に向けEV専用新工場を建設します。
新工場は2024年の稼働開始を目指し湖北省武漢市の武漢経済開発区に建設し、敷地面積63万m2、基本生産能力12万台/年を予定しています。
完成車一貫生産が可能な高効率・スマート工場として、プレス、溶接、塗装、組み立て、完成車検査などの工程を有し、組み立て工程などを中心に業界トップ水準の自動化率を目指します。また、カーボンニュートラル実現に向けたソーラー発電などの再生可能エネルギー活用に加え、再生水循環利用などによる資源節約、大気汚染をもたらす主要な原因物質であるVOCの削減など、サステナブルな取り組みも積極的に進めていきます。
今後もHondaは、2050年カーボンニュートラルの実現に向けた電動化の取り組みを加速し、お客様の期待を超える魅力ある商品を提供していきます。
