三菱電機、販売子会社2社の経営統合について

統合ソリューションの提供を目指し関東地区の販売体制を再編・強化

東京, 2022年02月07日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、関東地区におけるFA事業を主力とする販売子会社である千代田三菱電機機器販売株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区）と株式会社清康社（本社：神奈川県横浜市）を経営統合し、関東全域を主な販売エリアとする新たな総合販売会社を2022年4月1日に設立します。なお、新会社名は三菱電機インダストリアルソリューションズ株式会社です。

両社が培ってきた販売ノウハウを結集し、販売機能の強化と最適化を図り当社グループの経営資源と強みを生かすことで、顧客の課題解決に貢献する統合ソリューションの提供を目指します。

統合の狙い

社会全体のDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）進展に伴い、サプライチェーン・工場全体の見える化やAI（予防保全・データ分析）を活用した生産効率の向上など顧客ニーズが多様化・高度化しています。これらのニーズに応えるため両社がそれぞれの販売エリア・担当顧客への営業活動を通じて培ってきた販売ノウハウを結集し、顧客接点やエンジニアリングサポート機能※の強化、製品・サービス・ソリューションの拡充を行います。当社グループとしての事業推進体制を強化することで、顧客への新たな価値提供や社会課題の解決に貢献します。
