昭和電工、連結業績予想の修正に関するお知らせ

東京, 2022年02月09日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、最近の景気動向を踏まえ 2021 年８月３日に公表した 2021 年 12 月期通期連結業績予想を修正いたします。

１．2021 年 12 月期通期連結業績予想の修正

（１）2021 年 12 月期通期連結業績予想(2021 年 1 月 1 日～2021 年 12 月 31 日)

（２）前回予想との差異の理由

売上高はほぼ前回予想並みで推移している一方、営業利益は小幅改善となり、経常利益は円安傾向に伴う為替差益や持分法による投資利益等の小幅な改善により 45 億円程度の増益を見込んでおります。

また、特別損益において 2021 年 12 月期に発生予定であった昭和電工マテリアルズセグメントの事業構造改善費用約 85 億円が来期に発生する見込みとなり、親会社株主に帰属する当期純損益については前回予想比 130 億円程度の増益となる見込みです。

なお、配当につきましては期末配当として１株当たり 65 円とする予想を変更しておりません。
