富士通、採用計画について

東京, 2022年03月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は「イノベーションによって社会に信頼をもたらし、世界をより持続可能にしていく」というパーパス実現に向け、事業ブランド「Fujitsu Uvance」の7つのKey Focus Areas（重点注力分野）（注1）と、それを支える5つのKey Technologies（注2）をけん引する人材獲得のため、2023年度の新卒採用計画は750名程度とし、2022年度のキャリア採用は、計画数を定めずさらに拡充することを決定しました。新卒採用においては、引き続き、大学および大学院の最終学年の学生と既卒者を対象に、年間を通じて応募を受け付ける通年採用を実施します。

さらに今後、ジョブ型人材マネジメントを展開していくことを踏まえ、ジョブを起点として職種ごとに適した人材の採用をグローバルに展開し、加えて、職責や専門性の高さに応じて個別の報酬設定を含む適切な処遇にて迎え入れます。
