昭和電工、液体塩素の販売価格改定を発表

東京, 2022年03月08日 - (JCN Newswire) - 昭和電工株式会社（社長：髙橋秀仁）は、液体塩素の販売価格を以下のとおり引き上げることを決定いたしました。

１．価格改定の内容

(1)値上げ幅

10 円／kg 以上

(2)実施時期

2022 年4 月1 日納入分より

２．価格改定の背景

液体塩素は、塩素化合物の原料として用いられる基礎化学品で、化学製品や電子部品の製造工程に用いられるほか、医薬・農薬の原料及びその製造工程等、さまざまな分野で広く用いられています。

液体塩素を取り巻く事業環境は、昨今の世界的なインフレによる電力コストや輸送費等の上昇に伴い、大変厳しい状況が続いております。

当社はこれまでも、製造原価の低減や物流の効率化等によるコストダウンに努めてまいりましたが、本製品の安定供給体制を維持するためには、お客様にコスト上昇分の一部についてさらなるご負担をお願いせざるを得ないとの結論に達しました。
