マツダ、組織改革と人事異動を発表

広島, 2022年03月18日 - (JCN Newswire) - マツダ株式会社は、2022年4月1日付で下記の通り組織改革と人事異動を行います。

1. 組織改革

(1)MaaS事業領域

＜目的＞
- 進展の速いCASEやデジタル化による新たなモビリティプラットフォームを活用した新事業を、柔軟かつスピーディに検討、探索するための体制を作ります。
- 新事業を通じて新たな価値を提供することで「走る歓び」の価値を拡張し、クルマのある生活の感動体験をさらに高める取り組みを進めます。
- そのために、全社から人材を募集するとともに、スタートアップ企業など仲間を募り、積極的に共働していく体制を構築します。
- この事業準備室は数年後には事業本部へと拡大する計画で事業化準備を開始します。

＜内容＞
- 部門横断プロジェクトの機能の一部を集約・移管し、MaaS事業準備室を新設します。

(2)原価企画領域

＜目的＞
- 従来の原価企画本部の役割責任を再定義し、企画領域において会社収益へ最大貢献できる組織・体制を再構築します。

＜内容＞
- コスト基盤領域を担う原価企画推進部と、新商品の収益管理を担う商品収益企画部を経営企画本部へ移管・再編します。
コモディティ企画推進部を廃止し、その機能を経営企画本部、R&D技術管理本部、購買本部および開発領域の各本部へ移管します。
- 原価企画本部は廃止します。
