昭和電工、苛性ソーダおよび次亜塩素酸ソーダの国内販売価格改定を発表

東京, 2022年06月29日 - (JCN Newswire) - 昭和電工株式会社（社長：髙橋秀仁）は、苛性ソーダおよび次亜塩素酸ソーダの販売価格を以下のとおり引き上げることを決定いたしました。

１．価格改定の内容

(1)値上げ幅
苛性ソーダ: 30円／kg以上（固形換算値）
次亜塩素酸ソーダ: 5円／kg以上

(2)実施時期
2022年8月1日納入分より

２．価格改定の背景

苛性ソーダは、紙・パルプや石けんの製造、排水処理、石油化学などのさまざまな分野で使われる基礎化学品です。また、次亜塩素酸ソーダは、ライフラインである水道水の殺菌消毒や紙・パルプの漂白用途など、社会生活に必要不可欠な工業薬品です。

苛性ソーダおよび次亜塩素酸ソーダの事業収益は、急激な電力コストの高騰により大幅に悪化しており、輸送費等の上昇も受け大変厳しい状況が続いております。

当社はこれまでも、製造原価の低減や物流の効率化等によるコストダウンに努めてまいりましたが、今後も製品の安定供給を維持するためには、お客様に価格改定をお願いせざるを得ないとの結論に至りました。
