NECなど、「交通インフラDX推進コンソーシアム」を設立

安全安心で持続的な交通社会の実現に向けた新たな産学官連携

東京, 2022年08月22日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社JTOWER(注1)、住友電気工業株式会社(注2)、日本信号株式会社(注3)、日本電気株式会社(注4)の4社は、東京大学大口敬教授、慶應義塾大学植原啓介教授の協力を得て、産官学連携により「交通インフラDX推進コンソーシアム」を本日設立しました。

本コンソーシアムは、人・モビリティ・インフラが協調した安全安心で持続的な交通社会の実現に向けて、交通信号機の活用による5Gネットワークを軸とした柔軟性かつ拡張性のある新たなDX基盤やアプリケーションが社会実装されるよう、検討・対外活動を推進します。

具体的には、インフラ普及やアプリケーションの社会実装に向けた調査・研究、情報発信・広報活動、技術的な要件検討、ガイドライン案の取り纏め、ならびに関係する府省庁、団体、大学など様々な方々との協議なども踏まえた関係機関等への提言を行います。
