三菱商事、「サハリン2」事業について

東京, 2022年09月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱商事（以下当社）は当社が参画するロシアでの石油・天然ガス開発事業「サハリン2」を運営する現地の新法人として設立されたSakhalin Energy LLC社株式引受に関する通知書をロシア政府に提出しておりましたが、今般ロシア政府により同申請が承認されたことを確認致しましたので、お知らせ致します。

今後、様々なシナリオを想定しつつ、関係者との協議を通じて、株主間協定書の条件やそれに伴うリスク等を精査して参ります。

尚、サハリン2事業からのLNG供給に関しては、新法人が供給者となっており、現時点では計画通りの生産・供給を行う方針を確認しております。
