エーザイ、サンアントニオ乳がんシンポジウム2022におけるエリブリンの前臨床および臨床研究に関する演題について発表

東京, 2022年12月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - エーザイ株式会社（本社：東京都、代表執行役 CEO：内藤晴夫）は、2022年12月6日から10日まで米国テキサス州サンアントニオおよびバーチャル形式で開催される「サンアントニオ乳がんシンポジウム 2022」において、自社創製の抗がん剤エリブリンメシル酸塩（製品名：「ハラヴェン(R)」、以下エリブリン）に関する最新知見を発表することをお知らせします。

本学会では、2 つの臨床第III相試験（EMBRACEおよび301試験）の事後サブグループ解析結果、ホルモン受容体陽性/HER2 陰性乳がん患者様を主な対象とした PI3K阻害剤投与後のエリブリンのリアルワールドにおける治療、および乳がん患者様由来の腫瘍組織移植モデルにおけるエリブリンリポソーム製剤（乳がんを対象に臨床第Ⅰ相試験拡大コホートを実施中）とエリブリンを同用量で比較した前臨床データを含む5演題を発表します。
