三菱電機、カメラ映像から危険な行動を高精度に自動検知する技術を開発

複数の人物の骨格情報を独自のAI技術で分析し誤検知を抑制

東京, 2022年12月07日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、当社AI技術「Maisart(R)（マイサート）※1」を用いた作業分析ソリューション「骨紋(R)（こつもん）」※2を応用し、「骨紋による危険行動検知技術」を開発しました。カメラ映像から検出した複数の人物の骨格情報を分析して、複数の人物の間で発生する暴力行為などの危険な行動を高精度に自動検知できます。

近年、安心・安全へのニーズが高まっており、駅や空港などの公共エリアでは、暴力行為などの危険行動を的確に発見することが強く求められています。一方で、広範囲を短時間で漏れなく確認することは難しく、発見までに時間を要したり、発見できなかったりする場合があります。そのため、カメラ映像を取得し、AI技術を活用して人の属性やふるまいを分析する事例が増えていますが、従来の技術では、複数人いても1人の姿勢のみを分析していたため、例えば、暴力行為と握手のように姿勢が似ている行動を誤検知することがありました。

今回開発した技術は、まずカメラ映像で検出した骨格情報から複数の人物の動きに相関があるかを判定します。さらに相関がある人物の動きをAIで分析することにより、誤検知を抑制した危険行動検知を実現しました。
