三菱電機、パワー半導体モジュール「SLIMDIP-Z」新発売

最大定格電流を30Aに拡大し、家電用インバーターシステムの設計簡素化と小型化に貢献

東京, 2022年12月13日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、パワー半導体モジュール「SLIMDIP(TM)」シリーズの新製品として、最大定格電流を30Aに拡大した「SLIMDIP-Z」を2023年2月に発売します。ラインアップの拡大により、幅広い容量帯の家電用インバーターに対応します。

電力を効率よく変換できるパワー半導体は、脱炭素社会の実現に貢献するキーデバイスとして需要拡大および多様化が進んでいます。

当社は、スイッチング素子とその駆動・保護を行う制御ICを内蔵したトランスファーモールド構造のインテリジェントパワー半導体モジュール「DIPIPM」を1997年に製品化しました。以来、エアコンや洗濯機、冷蔵庫などの家電製品や産業用モーターのインバーターに多数採用されるなど、インバーター基板の小型化および省エネ化に貢献しています。

今回、外形サイズがコンパクトな「SLIMDIP」シリーズにおいて、パッケージサイズを維持しながら最大定格電流30Aを実現した「SLIMDIP-Z」を発売します。これにより、近年、多機能・高性能化しているエアコンや洗濯機、冷蔵庫などの家電製品のインバーター基板の設計簡素化と小型化に貢献します。
