LEXUS、「RX」に2.5Lハイブリッドシステム搭載の「RX350h」を日本国内に追加導入するとともに、一部改良を実施

豊田, 2023年07月27日 - (JCN Newswire) - LEXUSは、ラグジュアリークロスオーバーSUV「RX」のラインアップに、2.5Lハイブリッドシステムを搭載したRX350hを新たに加え、7月27日に発売しました。

RXは、1998年北米でラグジュアリークロスオーバーSUVのパイオニアとして誕生しました。2005年には「RX400h」を発売し、ラグジュアリー市場に初めてのHEVモデルを導入。2022年には、クラストップレベルのEV航続距離と力強い加速性能を実現するPHEVモデル「RX450h+」を発売し、ラグジュアリー市場における電動化の先駆者として、常に優れた走行性能と環境性能の両立を追求してまいりました。2019年に発表した電動化ビジョン「Lexus Electrified」に基づき、LEXUSは、HEV、PHEVなどの電動車の普及を通じ、多様なお客様や市場のニーズに寄り添いながら、カーボンニュートラル社会の実現を目指しており、今回最量販モデルであるRXのラインアップにHEVを追加いたします。

新たに導入されるRX350hは、高効率な2.5L直列4気筒エンジンとモーターを組み合わせたハイブリッドシステムを採用し、気持ちの良い走りと低燃費を高次元で実現しています。

一部改良では、RX350にもAdvanced Parkにリモート機能を追加（RX350“version L”に標準装備、RX350“F SPORT”はオプション設定）し、先進安全装備を充実させました。また、インテリアイルミパッケージは、足元以外の減光制御を抑制し、アンビエントライトの改良を行いました。ワイヤレス充電器は、充電可能エリア拡大など充電機能を向上させました。
