Three teams were awarded top honours today for the inaugural Singapore Youth Challenge on Urban Governance: "Heroes" held by the Centre of Liveable Cities (CLC) in August 2013. The teams comprising youths aged 17-21 years old were awarded for their compelling works that narrate Singapore's journey in urban development.
