TOKYO, Sep 13, 2013 - (ACN Newswire) - Tokyo Big Sight, in collaboration with the Tokyo Fire Department and Tokyo International Fire and Safety Exhibition 2013 Executive Committee, will hold "Tokyo International Fire and Safety Exhibition 2013" from October 2 (Wed) to October 5 (Sat). Tokyo Big Sight will also hold the "Security & Safety Trade Expo (RISCON TOKYO) 2013" and "Aerospace Industry Exhibition Tokyo (ASET) 2013", in collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, from October 2 (Wed) to October 4 (Fri).

Tokyo Big Sight Will Hold Three Concurrent Exhibitions This Fall

"Tokyo International Fire and Safety Exhibition", held once every five years, is Japan's largest fire and disaster preparedness exhibition. This is the first time these three exhibitions will be held during the same period and a total of around 900 companies and organizations (including co-exhibitors) holding exhibitions over a large area of approximately 40,000m2 are expected to attract over 100,000 visitors.

"Tokyo International Fire and Safety Exhibition 2013" and "Security & Safety Trade Expo 2013" focused on "fire and disaster prevention", "risk management", and "crime prevention and anti-terrorism", will bring together various products and services to achieve a "safe" and "secure" society. In addition to items related to the aerospace field, "Aerospace Industry Exhibition Tokyo 2013" will also showcase products and technology highly relevant to the areas of "fire and disaster preparedness exhibition" and "risk management". In addition to exhibition items, a variety of concurrent programs and special events that cannot normally be experienced will be arranged.
