三菱電機、「創立100周年記念社会貢献活動」による寄付実績のお知らせ

さまざまな社会課題の解決に取り組む4団体に計1,628万円を寄付

東京, 2022年10月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、創立100周年を機に実施した「創立100周年記念社会貢献活動」の成果として、社会福祉法人中央共同募金会を通じ、NPO法人4団体に合計1,628万円を寄付しました。

本活動は、当社が2021年2月1日に創立100周年を迎えるにあたり、当社グループの従業員一人ひとりが現在の社会課題を見つめ、社会貢献活動の重要性や意義を再認識する機会を創出することを目的に2021年1月から1年間実施したものです。従業員が行った社会貢献活動（会社活動・個人活動）の累計95,719時間に対し、1時間あたり200円を会社が寄付金として拠出しました。この寄付金は、医療的ケア児、障がい児およびその保護者や、外国にルーツを持つ方への精神的な支援を実現する事業など、さまざまな社会課題解決の取り組みに役立てられます。

今後も当社は、事業を通じた社会課題の解決を加速するとともに、従業員が社会課題に関心を持ち、社会貢献活動に積極的に取り組む企業風土づくりに努め、従業員とともに、活力とゆとりある社会の実現に貢献していきます。
